Hi all, Moonfish Design have a free program (The astral inducer)to download on the downloads page of the website. The software is fully functional has an inbuilt strobe (so if you have epilepsy don't download it)The software is particularly aimed at beginners wanting to astral project.
Here's a link to the download, there are also some free astral projection MP3s as well.
